Do I need to fund my wallet before posting?
Yes. You fund your Recallr wallet first, then post tasks. When you create a task, the reward amount is deducted from your wallet balance and held securely by Recallr — no one can touch it until you approve the work.
When does the student actually get paid?
Only after you approve their submission. Until then, the money sits in our account. Once you tap Approve, we release the funds to the student's Recallr wallet instantly.
What if I'm unhappy with the submission?
Request a revision before you approve. Payment stays locked to your task until you're satisfied. You are never pressured to release funds for work that doesn't meet your requirements.
What happens if no one applies or the task isn't completed?
If a task expires without a completed submission, the held funds are returned to your Recallr wallet. You can repost the task or withdraw the balance at any time.
How much does posting a task cost?
You set the reward amount — from as little as ₦1,000. Recallr charges a small platform fee when the task is funded. There are no subscription fees and no charge if the task isn't completed.
